Wojciech Aleksander

I was born in Poland and raised through movement. From a very early age, dance became my first language — a way to express what words couldn’t, to explore emotion, identity, and the incredible intelligence of the human body. That early relationship with movement shaped everything that followed.

Over the years, my curiosity grew beyond performance. I became deeply fascinated by the connection between body and psyche — why we move the way we do, why we feel the way we feel, and how our inner world shapes our physical one. For me, the mind and body have never been separate. What affects one, affects the other.

Life wasn’t always easy. Like many, I faced my own struggles, including addiction. Fitness, movement, and self-awareness didn’t just change my body — they helped me turn my life around. Training became a form of healing, discipline became freedom, and movement became a path back to myself. This experience is at the heart of my work today.

I am now based in London, working both in-person and online, combining fitness, mindset, mental health awareness, and overall wellbeing. My approach is holistic and creative, blending strength training, movement, dance, and a spiritual perspective. I believe training should not only make you stronger — it should help you feel better on the inside, build confidence, and reconnect you with who you are.

Alongside fitness and dance, I am also a ceramic artist. Working with clay taught me patience, presence, and respect for process — lessons that strongly influence my coaching style. Just like art, transformation takes time, honesty, and care.

My education spans marketing, bodywork, dance, fitness, and mental health, but my true qualification is lived experience. I work with people of all shapes, ages, and backgrounds, creating a safe, supportive space where movement becomes a tool for growth — not punishment.

My mission is simple: to help as many people as possible reconnect with their bodies, build confidence, and feel strong — physically, mentally, and emotionally. You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to start.
