Movement has always been a central part of my life. Through my body, I learned how to listen to myself, better understand what is happening within me, and stay connected to what truly matters. Today, I work as a personal trainer, supporting people in building strength, awareness, and a healthier relationship with their own bodies — without pressure, without judgement, and at their own pace.
My journey began with dance. It was my first language — a way of expressing myself, exploring my capabilities, and developing body awareness. Dance taught me that the body is not merely a tool for achieving results, but an intelligent system that responds to what is happening in our minds and in our everyday lives.
Over time, my interest in movement naturally expanded into exploring the relationship between the body and the mind. How we move, how we breathe, and how we train are deeply interconnected with our wellbeing, stress levels, and the way we function on a daily basis. This is why in my work I do not separate the body from emotions or from awareness — I treat the human being as a whole.
In my work with others, I focus on the process, not quick fixes. I create a safe and supportive space where strength, mobility, and discipline can be developed, while at the same time learning to listen to oneself and respect one’s own needs. I believe that genuine change happens when it is grounded in consistency, patience, and respect for personal boundaries.
My goal is to support people in reconnecting with their bodies, building self-confidence, and developing inner stability — physical, mental, and emotional. There is no need to be perfect or “ready.” It is enough to start exactly where you are.
Beyond my training work, ceramics also play an important role in my life. Working with clay and engaging in manual creativity have taught me patience, presence, and respect for the process — lessons that strongly influence the way I work with my clients. Just as in art, transformation requires time, honesty, and mindful attention.
