Training is more than a set of exercises to me. It is practical work with the body that translates into everyday functioning — strength, mobility, mental resilience, and a sense of stability. I work with people at different stages of their journey, adapting training to their real capabilities, goals, and current needs.

I do not believe in universal solutions or quick transformations. I believe in process, consistency, and conscious work with the body. Training should support you, not overwhelm you — it should build, not punish.

How I Work

Every collaboration is based on an attentive, individual approach and on gradually building fitness in a safe and sustainable way. The starting point is always the body of the person I work with — its capabilities, limitations, and natural rhythm.

In my training, I focus on:

·       building strength and overall physical fitness

·       stability and movement control

·       quality of movement and body awareness

·       consistency and the development of healthy habits

Training Methods

My work is based on proven training methods that allow the body to develop in a safe and individualised way.

The main forms of training include:

·       strength training

·       bodyweight training

·       functional training

In addition, I introduce supportive elements that enhance overall fitness, mobility, and endurance — always adjusted to the individual’s needs and their current stage of training.

My Approach to Working with Clients

In my work with clients, I prioritise:

·       process over quick results

·       safety and conscious movement

·       a clear and structured training framework

·       support and consistency rather than pressure

·       building independence and trust in one’s own body

Training is meant to be a tool for real, lasting change — not another source of stress. It can become a natural part of life, a source of energy, enjoyment, and a deeper connection with the body, rather than a struggle or another item on a to-do list.

Holistic Massage

Holistic massage complements my work with the body. I treat it as a supportive element of the training process — helpful in recovery, releasing tension, and deepening body awareness.

The form and availability of massage are agreed individually.
